For instance, if the value is 60% for Hispanic renters, this statistic is interpreted as "The average Hispanic renter household in this metro area lives in a neighborhood where the homeownership rate is 60%."
Excludes metro areas with less than 5,000 population of the specified racial/ethnic group.
