This indicator provides the homeownership rate in the average neighborhood in which each racial group lives. For instance, if the value is 60% for blacks, this statistic is interpreted as "The average black person in this metro area lives in a neighborhood where the homeownership rate is 60%."
Excludes metro areas with less than 5,000 population of the specified racial/ethnic group.
