This indicator provides the homeownership rate in the neighborhood where the average child of different racial/ethnic groups lives. For instance, if the value is 60% for Hispanic children, this statistic is interpreted as "The average Hispanic child in this metro area lives in a neighborhood where the homeownership rate is 60%."
Children are those under 18. Excludes metro areas with less than 5,000 children of the specified racial/ethnic group.
